The Single Time Use key and 5 PC Key work the same way except that each Single Time Use Key can Activate only 1 Device. But, Multi-PC key has a multiple number of allowed activations and is cheaper. So, if you purchase a 5-PC key, you will receive one key with 5 licenses that can be used on 5 devices.
- For example, you have 3 PCs and You purchased a 5 PC License Key.
- You can Initially activate the 3 PC’s with the key, and you have 2 License left in that key. If any of the computer goes through re-installation or the hard drive is wiped clean, you have to use the key and activate that pc, This will reduce your license count and you will have 1 license left.
- If you reach your activation limit ( you use all the 5 License), The key is no longer valid and you need a new key.
